What's the minimum order for custom printed boxes?
Custom-printed boxes start at a 500-unit minimum (plain stock from just 100). Larger pack sizes bring the per-box price down, so most accounts order by the pallet.
How long from artwork approval to delivery?
Once you approve the digital proof, most orders are printed, palletised and delivered within 10 working days — flat-packed and ready to assemble.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
Send vector files — AI, PDF, EPS or SVG — with fonts outlined and 300dpi minimum for any images. No print-ready file? Our studio will prepare it for you, free.
Do you ship outside the UK mainland?
We deliver across the UK mainland as standard. For the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands or overseas orders, get in touch and we’ll arrange a tailored shipping quote.
Can I get a physical sample before ordering?
Yes — we can send a physical sample pack so you can feel the board and check the print quality before committing to a full custom run. Just request samples and we’ll post them out.
